Raw Material Preparation

The clay is moistened with steam and thoroughly processed until a homogeneous plastic mass is obtained.

Brick Forming

The clay strip is cut by an automatic device
into green bricks with precise geometry.

Drying and Firing

Drying is an important stage in brick production.
A modern tunnel kiln is used for firing.
The firing temperature depends on the clay body and ranges
from 950 to 1050 degrees.
